Every year the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association puts on the Parade of Homes. This year we are proud to have one of Asher Architects + Engineers home designs featured.
Keirns Construction did an amazing job bringing the home at 1385 Art Drive to life.
This home in the Harvest subdivision on the South side of Berthoud is a excellent example of the type of designs we thrive on here at Asher. The home is over 5100 square feet, it has a garden level basement, and a separate garage entrance. Our Civil Engineers spent painstaking time and energy to ensure that the height of the home would capture the beauty of the mountain views while ensuring the flow to all aspects of the home are seamless.
We work with Homeowners, as well as Residential and Commercial contractors to create “Spaces People Love”. This project is certainly a great example of that, one look into the great room and you can visualize the years of family gatherings that will happen here.
Be sure to mark your calendars for early 2027 when the next parade of homes is planned. We have some great projects in the design and construction phases now, hopefully Asher will become a staple in the event each year.
